QUESTION: How do you charge, by the job, or by the hour?
ANSWER: We almost always charge by the job. Once you reach out to us,we will setup a time to meet at your property or facility to do an in-person walkthrough and provide a Quote.

QUESTION: What forms of payment do you accept?
ANSWER: We accept cash,check and Venmo. We also accept credit cards and Paypal with a small fee.

QUESTION: What is your service radius?
ANSWER: Simply put......the Adirondacks! However we often travel to Plattsburgh, Westport and even farther than that for larger projects. Feel free to give us a call and find out when we will be in your area next.

QUESTION: What happens if it is supposed to rain on the day of service and it is exterior work ?
ANSWER: Typically we will proceed with the service unless there is lightning/safety issues involved in which we would reschedule A.S.A.P.

QUESTION: What chemicals do you use for your window cleaning solution? Is it safe to be used near lakes?
ANSWER: We use NO chemicals in our water. Most of the time we only use RO/DI Purified water which is 100% pet, child, and enviromentally safe.

QUESTION: Do i need to be home for the work to be performed?
ANSWER: It's totally up to you! Many people like to be home for the service, while others will coordinate access for us so that we can get in and get the work done before they are here for the season.

QUESTION: Are you insured?
ANSWER: We certainly are! In fact we carry more insurance than most service businesses in our area. We are happy to provide copies of insurance to our clients once the quote is accepted.
